Indicates a long quotation. Its content is some number of block-level elements, such as paragraphs.
In HTML5, the
element is also a sectioning root, meaning it
indicates a section that may have its own outline. That means that
heading levels used within
blockquote elements will not contribute to
the overall outline of the page.
